Alan Fearnley is a world leading artist, born in Yorkshire and studied at batley college, he has been awarded a number of accolades for his works depicting Trains, Classic Car Scenes, Aviation and Motorsport

  • To commemorate the victory of Baron de Graffenried in the 1949 British Grand Prix at Silverstone
  • To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Jaguar's first win at Le Mans on 23rd-24th June 1951. The winning Jaguar XK C-Type was driven by Peter Walker and Peter Whitehead. The number 26 Aston Martin DB2 was placed 3rd and the number 9 Talbot Largo finished 2nd.
  • To commemorate the victory of the British TWR Jaguar Team at the Silverstone 1,000 KM Race on 5th May 1986
  • To commemorate the 1st and 2nd position of Hermann Lang & Rudolf Caraciola in the 1939 Tripoli Grand Prix both driving a Mercedes W165. This was the third successive victory for Lang in the Tripoli Grand Prix and he won at an average speed of 122.91 mph
  • Manfred von Brauchitsch was the German racing driver who led the legendary Mercedes-Benz racing team of the 1930s. The 1937 Monaco Grand Prix saw Von Brauchitsch defy orders from team manager Neubauer, racing and evetually beating his team-mate Rudolf Caracciola in a closely fought race over 100 laps of the circuit. Mercedes finished the race 1-2-3. This was one of only three Grand Prix wins for Manfred Von Brauchitsch, who died on the 5th February 2003 at the age of 97.

  • 1933-1934 - Nuvolari in the Narne Grand Prix Part of the Maserati in Miniature Series
  • 1952-1955 - Musso in the 1954 Mille Miglia Part of the Maserati in Miniature Series
  • David Coulthard in the McLaren Mercedes on his way to victory at the opening race of the 2003 season, Melbourne, Australia on the 9th March.
